Keep your antioxidant intake steady by always consuming fresh fruits and vegetables. 

Spending some time outside in the sun will assist with mood and overall energy levels. Something as simple as a 30 minute walk will keep you feeling fresh and help you heighten your immune system.

Practice yoga and/or some breathing routines regularly, these practices can lower stress hormones levels that compromise the immune system. Thus, stimulating the lymphatic system to oust toxins from the body, and bringing more oxygenated blood to the various areas of your body - to help replenish and nourish compromised parts like your skin during those crazy busy days.
